This Site is operated and managed by Dynamic Argon, Co., LTD, a company duly established under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with its address at No. T01, National Road 2, Sangkat Chak Angrae Leu,  Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh 120601, Cambodia (“Dynamic Argon, Co., LTD”). Please read the entire contents of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before using the Site. By accessing and/or using the Site, you represent that you are a legally competent person and you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please stop accessing and/or using the Site. In this Site, the terms "we" or "Us" refer to Dynamic Argon, Co., LTD. Dynamic Argon, Co., LTD does not practice medicine or provide medical services in any form, including through this Site.   3. Contact Us, is feature where you can connect to our facebook page and contact our admin to inquire more information about Boska.

I. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The Terms and Conditions and this Site shall be governed by Indonesian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes, controversies, and conflicts between the parties arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Terms and Conditions, be settled amicably between the parties. Failing such amicable settlement, any and all disputes controversies and conflicts arising out of or in connection with this Terms and Conditions shall be settled through Singapore International Arbitration Center. Place arbitration shall be in Singapore. An award by the arbitrators shall be final and binding upon the parties and not subject to further appeal.

 

J. Further Information

Dynamic Argon, Co., LTD is not responsible for the unavailability of this Site, features caused by various reasons, including but not limited to maintenance needed or technical problems.
